Are you a highly organized and driven person that can master multiple administrative projects and tasks at the same time? Do you possess strength and talent in project management, attention to details and proactive drive to get work done on time? Would you enjoy solving short, middle, and long-term projects for a 249 unit HOA community while dealing with the many aspects of a business ranging from vendor projects to meeting management and financial management? If so, then we would like to get to know you!

Responsibilities: The Licensed Community Association Manager (CAM) must include over 5 years’ experience. Would be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and beautification of a project, assisting with specific needs of the communities administratively, financially, and operationally, while adhering to governing documents of the communities and addressing requests in a timely manner. Coordinate with The Board of Directors for the community to develop a strategy for successful operations of the communities. Attend monthly HOA / Condo meetings of the assigned Associations per management contract.

Requirements:

* Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel

* Must be proficient in QuickBooks

* Must exhibit strong organization skills

* Must be well versed with Florida condominium law

* Must be detail oriented, efficient and able to multi-task

* Excellent verbal and written skills

* Able to work closely with the board, owners and residents

* Website knowledge helpful

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day to day operations of the community, respond to owner’s questions and concerns, and ensure compliance with the association documents and Florida statutes.
  • Strong management skills.
  • Perform regular onsite community inspections. Identify violations and notify owners through approved processes. Ensure follow up to resolution of issues.
  • Prepare board meeting notices, attend board meetings and annual meeting, submit transcribed minutes for review and work with the board to ensure smooth quarterly meetings.
  • Maintain compliance with the documents and bylaws, as well as Florida statutes.
  • Update association communications and ensure current information is disseminated to the homeowners and website.
  • Maintain accurate records and files for the vendors, accounts payable and owners.
  • Collect association fees and process with banking institution. Determine delinquent accounts and notify owner for payment. If necessary, work with the association attorney for collection of debts.
  • Manage accounts in QuickBooks and update owner records. Process all vendor payment requests, including check printing and distribution.
  • Assist in the preparation and development of the annual operating budget.
  • Contact vendors for repairs as needed. Follow up on service calls and process invoices. Handle correspondence with vendors regarding payment and discrepancies.
  • Partner with the board for compliance with documents, ensure expectations are met and assist in prompt response and resolution to questions and problems of owners. Establish and maintain a positive relationship with owners and board to ensure a high level of service and achievement of goals and objectives.
